| Shoulder is designed so you can spread the fabric over your shoulder to distribute the weight evenly or tuck the sides under if you want it narrower. The shoulder is very lightly padded. This means there is a layer of batting sewn into the shoulder area for comfort. If you prefer NO PADDING in the shoulder, put "Unpadded Shoulder" in the Special Requests section of the order page. The sides or rails of the sling are UNPADDED. This makes it easier to share a sling with someone of a different size since there is no padding for the rings to run into when tightening. The tail of the sling is left loose so you have extra fabric to use as a cover for baby, if needed. |
